The application form saves your progress, so don’t worry about completing it in one sitting!
Our programmes cover a wide range of disciplines accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). With the MQA accreditation our graduates can rest assured that the qualifications they obtained are recognised throughout the world.

Register Online
Go to cms-portal.oum.edu.my and complete your application. Our convenient online application only takes 10 minutes to complete.

Prepare Documents
Once you complete your application, find the following documents on the right screen panel. Download and complete them before submitting via email.
- Course registration - UKR19
- Declaration Sheet
- Letter of Admission
- Employment Background - UKR20 (for Doctorate programmes only)
- Health Declaration Form (for Master of Nursing & Doctor of Nursing only)

Submit Documents
Submit the required information and documents to int_admission@oum.edu.my.

- Copy of your passport
- 2 passport-sized photos
- Work confirmation letter (if required only)
- Research proposal (for PhD programmes only)
- Proof of payment (refer to tab below)
- Preferred programme
- Academic certificate
- Academic transcript
- IELTS score, or its equivalent. If you have not taken the IELTS, please obtain a letter from your university stating that your previous course was conducted in English.

Registration Fee

Minimum tuition payment | 60% of the first semester fee |
Note:
- The registration and processing fees are one-off payments.
- The payment is in Malaysian Ringgit.
- The 40% balance from the first semester fee must be paid before the examination week starts.

- Once you are successfully registered, you may perform the First Time Login via myOUM within three (3) working days.
- Browse your learning materials on myINSPIRE, our e-learning platform before your e-tutorial starts.
- Always refer to the myOUM portal and myINSPIRE for updates or activities related to your studies.
Refund Policy
- The registration fee is not refundable.
- Learners are advised to inform the university in writing, should you wish to withdraw from the University as this has implications on fees.
