Our number of graduates in Vietnam has increased!
On 6 April, the Institute of International Education of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) held a graduation ceremony for 410 graduates from international and transnational programmes.
Of this number, 72 had pursued OUM programmes: Bachelor of Business Administration (42), Bachelor of English Studies (12), Bachelor of IT (5), and MBA (13).
The ceremony was attended by Prof Datuk Dr Mohd Tajudin Md Ninggal (Vice President/Deputy Vice-Chancellor – Academic & Research) and Puan Khairani Ab Razak (Deputy GM – Assessment & Examination Division).
In his speech to the graduates, Datuk Tajudin said, “OUM and HUTECH have been partners for more than 12 years now. Our partnership has produced more than 1,700 graduates. In fact, today’s ceremony brings that number closer to 1,800.
“Inspired by our shared goals to give the best to our learners and communities, the partnership between OUM and HUTECH has been fruitful in giving thousands of people the opportunity to get a worthwhile study experience and a valuable qualification. And, we are all here today to celebrate the success of this partnership.”
Datuk Tajudin also presented the scrolls to the OUM graduates, accompanied by Puan Khairani.
Besides Vietnam, OUM also has learners in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the UAE, Ghana and Somalia.
