WHAT ARE THE PROFESSIONAL BODIES?
Let us share with you a few of the professional bodies:
The Nursing Board of Malaysia evaluates the quality of our Bachelor of Nursing Science programme, including the curriculum quality and professional development. This is part of the process to renew the programme offering.
The Board of Counsellors Malaysia recognises our Master of Counselling. Graduates may apply to the Board for a licence as a registered counsellor.
Some of our business and management programmes are recognised by the Chartered Management Institute, which has a strong network of businesspeople and educators worldwide. Apart from the recognition, OUM learners are given free memberships to access CMI resources for help with assignments and projects, networking opportunities for better job prospects, mentoring by industry experts, and participation in beneficial events and activities.
Meanwhile, the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, or DOSH, recognises our bachelor and master OSH degree programmes.
